Starting a new Natural Health blog, or any blog for that matter is like planting a bamboo shoot in a large field. It could be the most beautiful organically raised bamboo shoot in the world with delicate new green leaves and a sturdy strong stalk but without anyone around to notice it is just another empty field with the potential for greatness.
But over time with each new post that field fills up with new beautiful organic bamboo shoots, and our young vibrant bamboo has friends to keep him company. His friend Charlie tells him stories about the latest natural health products, his friend Chloe shares her favorite healthy recipe for organic peanut butter mushroom cranberry upside down cake (bamboo have much different tastes then I do), Ling Mae shows him the best way to cure bad breath using natural herbs, and Sven reveals a natural remedy for premature balding (have you ever seen a bald bamboo plant? See, Sven knows his natural remedies.)
But unlike a field of organically raised bamboo who are perfectly happy living alone in their field of potential a blog is a bit co-dependent and has self esteem issues. You see a blog needs readers like you who will enjoy all these organic recipes, natural remedies, healthy all natural products and healing herbal concoctions. And that is where you come in my friend.
If you discover a new natural remedy that intrigues you, a natural health product you just have to try, an organic recipe you prepare to woo the love of your life, or even a phrase that invigorates you with the healing power of laughter – comment, start a discussion, share us with someone, share us with a thousand someone’s. We are Natural Health Goodies, together we can create a natural community free of chemicals, preservatives, and the Grinch called BPA.
About our Bloggers:
Founder of Natural Health Goodies and her proud parent site Earth Friendly Goodies Chris is one of those artsy types who enjoys an eclectic blend of nature and technology. He discovered just now that he doesn’t enjoy writing about himself in the third person so will peek around the corner and say hi. Hi. I’ve always had a love of the outdoors and nature, which is reflected in the tactile textures of my artwork. While I don’t get the opportunity to pursue a career as an artist it has contributed to who I am, and led me to create Earth Friendly Goodies. It is a fascinating topic and I’ve learned a lot about living green. I also discovered while writing for EFG. That I tended to enjoy the natural health topics, recipes, and products that loosely fit with living green and a respect for the environment but needed their own home.
Thus Natural Health Goodies was born – I hope you enjoy the journey.
